Registration for 2024-2025 

Our pack is primarily associated with Creekside Elementary, but we do draw pack members from other schools. If you live outside of the Creekside area, please contact us at pack225@outlook.com before applying so that we can make sure you are aware of the area our pack serves.  

• To join Pack 225, follow these steps:

  • Go to Be A Scout - Cub Pack 225 and fill out an application for your scout.   

    • • If you are transferring from another pack you may indicate this in the application.  

      • You will be asked to purchase a year membership with Scouting America.  For the 2024/2025 year, the membership will cost $115. ($85 goes to the National organization and $30 to our local Chief Seattle Council.)  

  • Once we receive your application, we will verify that we have a spot in a den for you before accepting the application.  If we do not have room (which almost never happens), we can reject the application and you will be refunded your Scouting America fees.  Once we have accepted your application, however, Scouting America will not issue a refund.

  • Once we have verified we have a den for your scout, we will email you from pack225@outlook.com to let you know we have received your application and accepted it.  (Please make sure you can receive mails from this account, as they do tend to end up in SPAM folders).  

  • We will then instruct you on how to pay your pack dues.  For 2024/2025 this will be $140.  These dues covers the expenses of the pack, including a class B t-shirt for your scout.  See Dues Explained for more information.

  • Once your pack dues have been paid, you will receive a Welcome Letter from the pack introducing you to your Den Leader.  The Welcome Letter will also give you information on:

    • • • the pack calendar for the year

        • how to get your scout's Class A Uniform

        • how to join Scoutbook

        • volunteer opportunities (our pack is run completely by volunteers)

        • and much, much more...

Our renewal process is simple: pay your pack dues ($140) via Zelle or Square.  See Paying Dues for information on how to pay.
